Please find in the following the fees structure and a set of instructions on how to conduct the payment.

1Those who apply for student rate must produce proof of candidature upon request. The secretariat reserves the right to charge standard rate if they fail to do so.

Registration fees (participants and presenters) include conference admission, conference set (proceedings and materials), lunches, dinner (closing) and refreshments. These fees do NOT include the accommodation.

Payment Procedures FOR LOCAL PARTICIPANT (MALAYSIAN)

Payment can be made through:

A. Online Payment via Credit Card / Internet Banking / FPX

  • Browse to http://e-com.uum.edu.my/bend/paymode.jsp
  • Follow all required steps as instructed.
  • Note : for 'payment for' choose ‘other payment’
  • Note : for 'description' : key in 'ISDC2016'
  • Please print and keep the notification of payment made as proof of payment. Scan and email the proof of payment as soon as possible to the secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). You also need to bring the original payment slip during the registration. You are required to show the proof of payment to the secretariat on the registration day of the conference/ workshop/ colloquium Failure to do so will result in your name being not listed as presenter/ participants.

B. Bank Transfer

Transfer should be made to the following account:

  • Please write a remark “REGISTRATION FEE FOR ISDC2016”

Please forward a scanned copy of the Bank Transfer receipt to ISDC2016 Secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or by fax to +604 928 5757 or +604 928 5754 for us to verify the transaction. Please kindly write down the participant's name, date and time of the transfer and country and city of origin.

C. Local Cheque

All cheques should be made payable to “UNIVERSITI UTARA MALAYSIA”. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Kindly indicate your name and contact number at the back of the cheque and send it to:
